A nice farmhouse brewery tucked away in the NYC exurbs of Dutchess County. Awesome vibe and plentiful seating. Parking could be trouble at peak times. Great service. Usually more than one bartender at hand and knowledgeable staff. Nice glassware. There are few options available at any given time - but they are guaranteed to be superb. Mostly wild ales and Hazy IPAs, but they do offer a really good coffee stout and a very respectable kolsch when i visited. Will definitely be planning more visits.

Small place in what seems like a farm or residence. Small tasting room with four beers on tap and some bottles to go. Quality of the beer was very good

Off a little side road, in a green, wooded area, near the Hudson River. A little patio, next to a large wood shed, is the brewery. This is in a large courtyard area, as part of a farmstead in the woods. They have mainly double IPAs and barrel aged stouts. Very good beer and a very relaxed setting.

Farm brewery located on residential street. Cozy, small building with comfortable seating for <8 although its sizesuits the surroundings. Ample outdoor space hemmed in by gravel drive and barn type buildings. Not as bucolic as a Plan Bee or OG Sloop, but relaxed vibe echoed by staff. Same three brewer/owners can be seen every weekend mostly, which speaks to the passion for their hobby.
Everything about it speaks more as a passion project than some commercial project as they haven't really scaled since they open. But small batches and rapid turnover of beer means consistently high quality and freshness.
Still 4 taps. You could say that their French Press stout is there their flagship as it's on 75% of the time. Sometimes replaced with a specialty stout. Other lines are constantly rotating between different APAs and IPAs. A couple btls of BA sours and saisons round up the offerings, but I haven't seen them on tap in awhile.

It's a nice farm brewery with very good beer and a small but cozy taproom. The sapce contains its barrels for aging which adds a cool element to the taproom. Seating in the taproom is limited but there is a heated tent outside which was comfortable on a cold day. There were 4 beers available offering a small range of styles. I enjoyed 2 different NEIPA's and stout, all were tasting great. One down side is they don't give samples which makes it a little harder to choose for those not into craft beer and typically prefer a lager or pils. Overall a great stop in Wappinger's Falls for some quality beer.

My first trip here, despite being local -- this was recommended by some non-beer geek friends. A whole bunch of people who seemed to be regulars and friendly friendly staff were a plus for the atmosphere, so was sitting out in the yard with lots of people and friendly pups. Only 4 beers on tap, but at least the styles varied -- one farmhouse ale, a DIPA, a lower-ABV IPA, and a stout. The coffee stout was phenomenal, the IPA I tried was just OK, but I'm typically not going to local spots for those. I'll definitely be back. I'm honestly not sure it's worth a special trip, but being local I loved it. And if you are going to one of the many more-heavily hyped breweries in the area it's worth a stop.
Oh -- and they fill growlers. And will apparently be doing their first bottle release soon.

Great little place along the Hudson in Wappingers. The tasting room is in a small single-story building towards the front of the property with a courtyard and a few patio tables and chairs. Inside the tasting room the L-shaped bar is in the right hand corner and stands about 4 people along each side. Friendly personable service. Unfortunately, only 4 beers on tap, but all excellent - especially the stout. Had a great time and look forward to stopping by again. I'm also hoping they start opening more often than just Saturdays.
