The beer is chestnut brown and slightly hazy, a tan uneven head leaving good lacing.
Smelling of fresh bread, pears and lemon.
The taste is staring with brown bread, then has some citric juices, grape-fruit peel, grass and flowers, and some hints of anisette.
Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a good body, a dry finish.
Actually a bit too hoppy, makes it unbalanced. This beer is brewed just for for the Bishops Arm.
