Our take on the American Lager with American 2-row barley, American hops, and American yeast. It is a light, easy drinking beer that is perfect for the Texas weather.

Purchased as a 12 oz can from Central Market in Southlake, Texas.
Poured into a pint glass at home in Oklahoma.
Clear golden liquid with quickly disappearing head.
Grainy aroma.
Flavor is appropriate for style with appropriate hopiness. Lots of grain.
Medium mouthfeel.
I think this would be a good session beer, but not as tasty as some of the others I've had from Hop & Sting.

12oz canned 6-23-20. Purchased at the brewery 8-17-20, opened 8-18-20.
1 finger white head, large and loose bubbles. Moderate retention as it fades steadily down to a solid cap.
Golden with very good clarity. Light, wispy lacing that doesn't stick.
Sweet grain and light grassy/floral hoppiness. Very mild and subtle aroma.
Flavor is similar to the aroma...not a lot going on at all. It's clean overall and finishes with a light lingering sweetness.
Definitely a tail-gate style crusher. At 5.2% I expected a little more flavor though.
Light body, medium carbonation, quick finish.
Okay to Good.
9-11-20 Moving LOOK up to 3.75...wispy lacing.
Moving SMELL and OVERALL up a tick as well to 3.5.
