Very Impressive classic pilsner. Had the look, the aroma with a bit of sulfur, crisp hop but a muted malt backbone was the only weakness in my opinion, overall this was a very strong example of a classic pils.

Nice pour into a glass with a classic well crafted pilsner appearance with nice head and carbonation. Smell is kinda muted. Taste is very crisp and hoppy. A well made pilsner.

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a nice lace. The scent had mild grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with typical saaz hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

My husband says It's an excellent Pilsner; stronger hop flavor than usual but very nice finish; he usually drinks Victory Prima Pils, so that will give you an idea of his taste. He liked it enough that at the brewery after drinking it on tap, he purchased a six pack, and that is saying something. "It's good" says he.

 

 

On tap. Pours golden with white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of grassy hops and biscuit malt. Body is medium and crisp. Grassy, herbal hops dominate the palate with biscuit malt in the background. Finish is long and hoppy. Nice brew.
