Poured from a 473ml can.
A cloudy but brilliant rose gold color helps to promote the cherry infusion in this grisette. Lots of visibly active carbonation leading to a bright white head.
Floral notes of cherry blossoms mingle with earthy, white pepper Belgian yeast character keep the nose simple, straight-forward and classic for the style.
The acidity is the first thing that hits the tongue, boosting the tart quality of the cherries. An undertone of vanilla creeps in, followed by some spicy phenolics. Retronasal reveals a cereal quality of the malt.
Light-bodied and refreshing, the carbonation keeps things buoyant. The finish is crisp and incredibly drying, with some grippiness from the yeast.
A really clean profile on this grisette that shows finesse. Very quaffable and refreshing.
