For this beer, we decided to focus on a darker version reminiscent of the Vienna inspired lagers found in Mexico. King Cobra was brewed with a darker base malt and a substantial amount of flaked corn to lighten the body and add a distinct yet gentle sweetness. Though the malt flavours are what take centre stage here, we couldn't help but add some classic noble hops late in the boil for some pleasant spicy hop aromatics.
