Notes: Clear golden body. Short head of densely foamy bright white. Aroma of grainy/grassy Pilsner malt with floral, herbal, and spicy hops. Hoppy Pils! A firm bitterness balances it and dries it. Medium bodied with a moderate carbonation that leaves it soft and smooth. Not quite a northern German Pils as it's not that bitter, and not as dry, but not exactly a Czech Pils or southern German Pilsner either. Really nicely done.
