Golden, slight chill haze. Lots of banana on the nose. Fruity banana esters, some light almost tropical notes, and a lot of cloves. Pretty full bodied. This was excellent.

Notes: Hazy gold. Short head of bright white - could be bigger for a hefeweizen...? Aroma of sweetish malt, clove, and banana - almost a note of vanilla as well. Very good head retention and lacing. Taste follows the aroma. Sweetish but not too sweet ~ perfect in fact. Nicely balanced by a moderate bitterness. Medium-light in body and crisp. There's a subtle suggestion of herbal hops in the finish. Perfectly on style.
