From a can. Pours a clear light amber color with a thin layer of white head. Fruity yeast aroma. Medium body with a prickly feel. Fruity with coriander and peppery hop notes. Definitely Belgian, and kind of a tripel-saison crossover feel to it.

Bought a crowler of the stuff at the brewery, drank it within a week.
Poured into a snifter. Clear yellow color with a decent head and good lacing. Smell and taste of pears and apples flavors of cinnamon and pepper. Decent beer.

Interesting take on a tripel, pouring a light golden more akin to a saison. Strong coriander, lemongrass and honey notes, with the addition of some smoked bratwurst or other German sausage.
