We’d call this Crispy Boi West Coast Pils - but we are not sure if there is such a thing… Consider it a new beer with an old school feel to it. Made with classic West Coast Hops, It’s a modern take with nothin’ but respect to the (c)old school Pils. While this one does not pair well with Frozen Yogurt, we do highly recommend getting a whole meal of food with it, if that would be agreeable.

Can. Wow. This is delicious. Clean golden yellow, slight chill haze, thick head. Aroma of bread and citrus. Fruity, melons, pine. It’s got some of the flavor of a hazy IPA, the pine like hops of a west coast hoppy IPA and the grassiness of a pils. Excellent.

Pours crystal clear in the glass. Definitely a west coast influenced brew with a lightly floral and fruity hop character introducing itself on the sip. Easy drinker, with a clean finish.
