My Dad’s favorite beer was a good dry Pilsner.
Any other Lager, he considered “Frauen Bier.”
Along with Pilsners, my dad was passionate about
jazz, whiskey, fishing, and he played a mean game of spades. He also loved to “Kegel Bowl” (look it up). Sadly, my dad was never able to taste my beers. I have a feeling if he could taste this one, he’d take a nice long sip and whisper: “Ahhhh, das ist ein Bier!”
My dad’s name was Hans, and while this beer won’t take on his name, it will be his beer forever... My Dad’s Pils.

Can. Fluffy head, crystal clear yellow color. Grainy/cereal aroma. Sweet bready malts, some mild grassiness and almost tart zingy grassy hoppiness. A little thicker than your average pils. But tasty.
