Dark amber in a 5 ounce taster with minimal head. Strong smoky aroma overpowers the nuttiness. Tastes very smoky with strong darkly roasts malt and a bitter finish. Feel is a bit heavy and slightly over carbonated. Overall, I probably would not by a 6 pack but it's pretty typical for brown ales
