A- Tallboy pours into a snifter with hazy golden body. A very foamy and bubbly cap forms but dies out just about immediately to nothing and the beer bubbles rapidly like a seltzer or soda.
S- Some real funk blasting out of this glass. With a few moments and further inspection the sourness and fruits come on strong. Peach and mango take center stage with fresh fruits and a ton of lactic acid suggested. Some funk to the ferment but mostly about those bright peaches and mangoes. The peach especially comes off as fresh and juicy.
T- The fruit loses a bit of steam but again the peach is juicy, ripe and authentic right up front with the lactic acid from the bugs. Mango more subtle with funky must, cherry, cereal grains, slight sweetness and vinous hints. Not quite as bright and fruit forward as the aroma but well balanced and flavorful. A bit of a pickled cuke hint too, not sure where that comes from.
MF- Light body that is very, very bubbly and puffy as was suggested by the appearance. A very high level of carbonation and a sour ending.
Impressive aroma bursting with fresh, juicy peaches and a touch of mango. The sourness is fairly high and the lactic ferment is on the clean side making for a naturally tasty and well balanced fruit sour.

Can from Julio's
Pours a hazy lemon gold in color with a big frothy white head that dissipates almost instantly. Earthy and tart on the nose with some nice stone fruitiness. Flavor is fruity with a bit of lemony tartness. Light earthy funk. Not too bad.
