The beer is in a cold 32 oz crowler delivered from the brewery. Poured into my beer mug cold, the beer exhibits a bright clear golden color with fluffy bleached white head of 2 cm foaming up easily even with a gentle pour.
These bubbles fade slowly and remain as an edge layer throughout my sampling of the beer.
The aroma is some grainy malt and some light fruitiness and grassy hops with a bit of spicy hop character too. Nice appealing nose on this beer.
First sip reveals a light and crisp body with a smooth texture and medium carbonation that tingles across my palate. Flavor is similar t the nose with a hint of grain and some biscuity notes mixing with light fruit and then grassy and spicy hops on the finish. I never get any booze on this brew and it is extremely crushable. I finish the 32 oz with no problem.
I would definitely drink this again, especially on a hot day like today. Worth a pick up if Little House makes this a repeat on their beer list.
