Fruit beer meets German styled Kolsch for a summer quencher that's good for any time of year.
Little House's Busy Beer ramps up with a deeper than usual shade of gold with a creamy, stark-white froth. With a fruity and floral scent, the aroma of fresh grain still emits from the additions. Honey sweetness adorns the tongue with it's floral character, followed by the distinctive strawberry flavor. As a hint of peach tanginess trails into a slim hop bite, the Kolsch stands up pretty well to all the other complementary flavors.
Simple hints of fruit and subtle floral honey sweetness is never overpowering or detrimental to the balance of the Kolsch underneath. Little House shows tremendous restraint in this instant classic of a summer brew.
