Finally getting around to drinking this one.
A - Deep garnet burgundy colored pour with uber thin lacing (that's almost undetectable).
S - Nice toasted caramel toffee aroma with light Sherry notes.
T - Big Sherry and oak presence that smacks you in the face along with a really solid toasted sweet caramel / toffee / toasted brown sugar malt backbone with a little bit of spiciness dates and figs.
M - Light syrupy body that's slick and viscous while warming the back of the throat and leaving a sugary residue on the lips. There's significant warming in the back of the throat but doesn't detract from the overall experience.
O - Compared to the previous two reviews, I thought this was pretty exceptional. Some carbonation would have been nice but the lack thereof intensified opened things up to detect more nuances.
