From the Virginia Beach version, it pours a slightly hazy golden color with a nice long lasting white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The scent is initially sour citrus, possibly due to age? Canned 102122. Taste follows nose a little, with a nice light malt base to me and definite citrus tones. I will continue to refine as I try each can in the four pack.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 5/30/25.
Appearance: pale golden-orange hue with a dash of haze and a nice effervescence. Head is a thick finger of pillowy ivory foam.
Smell: very lightly toasty malt with a rather lemongrassy hop aroma. It's really quite mild, so it doesn't quite compete with hi-test IPAs, but it's not bad.
Taste: the hops are less lemony than the aroma, and have a more sort of grassy, almost minty greenness to them. Like the aroma, though, the flavor is quite thin. I'd never mistake this for the "real thing", but for NA it's not too bad.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: this is actually a pretty solid NA IPA. That said, I don't think I'd pick it over, say, hop water or something like that. It's just a bit too thin to enjoy as a beer.

Clear, pale gold body topped by a large off white head that left good lacing. Subtle aroma of floral hops with a bit of tropical and citrus fruit in the background. Earthy flavor, hops still in the forefront. A strong malt backbone adds balance. Modest bitterness but not particularly sweet. Lively carbonation. Good body for a NA.

Can. Cloudy golden color. Of white head.
A nice NA ipa option, but I think I prefer lagunitas NA ipa to this for similar price points. Not a fan of the 16 oz can. Earthy and a bit floral. Bready malts. Light bitterness. Nice option, regardless.

Honestly, this blew me away. I've just had the one can and will return to adjust rating/leave a proper review soon. For now, drinking an Athletic tuckers while I review this - I stand by this score.

16 oz. can from a 4-pack.
Purchased in Safeway in West Salem OR.
$12.99
Nice pour! Paler golden, clear body with a nice thick and frothy off-white head.
Aroma. Got lots of bright citrus, maybe too bright as it smells somewhat like lemon juice. Something semi dank. Almost like rhubarb straight from the garden. Interesting at least.
Taste is a bit better, has some bitterness, again lemon zest. Sugary sweetness. Then at last something that can be discerned to be Mosaic hops in the end.
I gave it a few minutes and the sweet sugar begins to dissipate a bit and more bitterness shows. But not excited about this.
Mouth feel is pretty much OK and the amount of carbonation avoids this becoming a sticky mess. Although there is a good bit of residual sweetness on the tongue.
This can is almost 90 days old. I Dunno if this has a big effect on the beer, but i can do this often.
One and done. No interest in another
RATED AS A NON_ ALCOHOL.

Poured from a pint can into a Sam's Adams IPA glass. Lots of building foam even a slight pour angel. Very active carbonation on the pour with multifaceted open and closed bubble head that dissipates very slowly and retains a finger thick foam crown. Excellent lacing and soap film like resin at the edge. Less than average carbonation with consistent pipelines of carbonation suggesting the pour releases much of the over gassing resulting in good scent presence. Orange amber with slightly banding between dark and light strands as it catches the like. Hazy and opaque in body.
Wafting scents of orange, coriander, lemon, tropical citrus, mango and mandarin. Some hay. Stronger from the can and less from the crown in the glass, but consistent and pleasing.
On the front palette lots of orange juice, Tang, Orangina, and spritzer. Very juicy and wet immediate mouthfeel. Mid-palette the mouthfeel thicken up and get syrupy. Lots o orange juice, mandarins, some Tang and sweetened juice candy notes (orange soda, Orangina, and orange Skittles), and bit more lemongrass with some orange zest. Back palette lots of orange juice, mandarins, mango, a hint of lemon sugar cookies, and guava fruit. After taste is orange juice, orange Skittles, and lemon drop. Wet, but juicy mouthfeel. Coats the tongue, but dissipates quickly with a refreshing fresh juice like consistency.
Very good mouthfeel and flavor mix. Very easy drinking and refreshing.
I think of this more like a milkshake NEIPA, but there is a big "juice" feel to it. Admittedly I'm not in this realm of IPA and more of a bitters guy so maybe that curbs my score a bit. Nevertheless overall it is a very good IPA NA or not. If you are a NEIPA fan this will hit the mark and than some. If you're not, it will still be overall enjoyable even if you might pick something a bit more bitter as a better go to. I should not the hop note may have been impacted since this was produced in April and I'm drinking this in early September so arguably you have some hop note loss here. I'll have to see if I can score a 90 day or less can to see if there indeed was some loss of hop pop from it being a less than fresh sample (a typical side effect of a IPA that's over 90 days out).
3.8 out of 5. Very good.

(16 oz can, 091 22; purchased single off shelf... poured into my Belhaven proper pub pint)
L: clear amber liquid, slight haze; tall, amber-tinted, tight, creamy foam, perfectly cresting above the lip line... keeps a plump lil sudsy island carrying all the way down; crystalline web of lace all around
S: berry jam, peach Jolly Rancher, hint of herbal mint, hint of mango... incredibly fragrant and potent... raspberry Fig Newton... great aromas, but something is off? lack of alcohol to round it out?
T: underlying whole grain bready malt jumps out from the bottom; ripping spicy, zesty hops buzzing forever... sip after sip and the hops won't quit; great contrast with the bready underbelly... perfectly dry, but with a semblance of sweetness lingering in its berry-fruity aftertones... nothing really glaringly artificial poking out
F: I suppose the high charge of hops in this accounts for the relatively fuller, more palate-coating mouthfeel, doing a superb job making up for the absence of alcohol... with so much going right, I almost wish it had more of a resinous residual finish to it
O: for an NA IPA, I feel like this is clearly the best one I've had so far... so flavorful and punchy... this, sir, is the one (NA IPA) I will be picked up a whole pack of (1942)

The best alcohol free/low alcohol IPA I have had in my quest for an IPA to replace real beer. I stopped drinking alcohol over 3 years ago and have been trying all the N/A IPA’s I can find. This one is delicious.
