Tasted in a tumbler from draft at Mikerphone Brewery on November 30, 2018. After resting in a bourbon barrel for many months, this tasty stout is then given the spice treatment, consisting of vanilla beans, ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, cinnamon and coffee beans. The pepper add a nice smooth smokiness to the beer without much heat, and all the flavors blend together.
