Barrel Aged Whole Lotta Maple

Poured a viscous black with quickly disappearing brown bubbles. Smell is indeed a whole lotta maple, with coconut, milk chocolate, and bourbon, like a decadent dessert. Taste is sweet, with the ingredients from the smell plus some caramel and brown sugar, but sweetness does cloy. More boozy bourbon in taste than anything. Feel is sticky and warm, but a touch lighter than expected, more like a milk stout than imperial.
