This beer, when I poured it from the can, looked like iced tea. It had that color. There's a 1 finger slightly off white head. The head retention is pretty good, however, there's no lacing on the glass.
The beer has a very strong vanilla aroma. It kicks in hard, and doesn't let go. The vanilla is backed up with hints of strawberry and chocolate.
The flavor is a bit different than the aroma. Strawberry is the main flavor here. It hits hard and strong. The strawberry is backed up with hints of vanilla and chocolate. These 3 flavors work well together.
This beer is a thick one. The body also has a creamy feel to it, that really fits in well.
Solid beer, and a pleasure to try.

Pours a murky dark red with a white head that dissipates immediately. The nose is heavy fresh strawberries with hints of vanilla and white chocolate. It smells like a strawberry shortcake roll. The taste is slightly tart strawberries upfront that are mellowed out by sweet white chocolate and vanilla with a sweet warming alcohol presence on the back end. It goes down too easily for almost 9%. Overall the first fruited white stout I've had and I'm blown away. If you're in town try this one.
