I got a tall boy can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured, smelled, and tasted like most typical vanilla and cinnamon stouts. I did not get much bourbonfrom the barrwl aging. The mouthfeel was medoum in body but overall it's a great beer.

Awesome stout! Very smooth feel, mild carbonation, more vanilla than cinnamon flavor, quite chocolatey, but great blend as a beer! Served from the tap into a glass. SO enjoyable that I bought a 32oz crowler to-go! Looked into local community sources (i.e. Binny's) but 'out of stock' right now. Hope LBB ramps up production and distribution. This is a great pick if you like a craft stout!

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
For anyone wondering, yes, I thoroughly rinse the mason jar in between beers. Gimme a little bit o' credit. Anyway, this stuff pours a straight onyx topped by a finger or so of khaki foam. The nose votes down party lines, the caucus divided between hardy cinnamon and relatively mild vanilla, with a faction of chocolate syrup considering abstaining. The taste brings in more of the same, the cinnamon still in control, the vanilla coming in more, and the chocolate settling for the not-so-coveted third party vote (someday this will change: luckily, this past election, my state had a Marxist-Leninist ticket, so I got to vote for the closest thing to my actual leanings!). The body is a stolid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a full, bordering on chewy feel. Overall, a rather enjoyable bit o' sweet and spicy stout, unless you happen to have an aversion to either cinnamon or vanilla.
