Imperial Sour Ale brewed with good old-fashioned English base malt, wheat, and oats. Then referemented on Passionfruit and Raspberries, finished off with more freeze dried raspberries. Brings all the girls and boys to the yard.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today.
A - Poured a nice softly hazy reddish purple hue with a thick pink head that fades to leave light lacing and thin wisps.
S - Big aromas of cinnamon and vanilla, really bright red berries, raspberries, cranberries, almost cardamom like.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice tart cranberry and good raspberry, nice cinnamon and vanilla, almost pie crust like.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean, but flemmy.
O - Overall this was a very solid fruited wild, excellent red berry notes. Pleasant.
