A- Tallboy poured into a tulip. The body is slightly cloudy and a pale golden hue. The head reaches an inch high with great retention with a consistency that is frothy and foamy. Large spots of lacing as the head falls and a massive sheet covers the entire bend of the tulip.
S- Very much aromatic as I can smell it a few feet away after pouring, most strength here than many lagers. Both noble hop character and pale grains are strong with floral, herbal, earthy, spicy, grainy and bready notes. Overall the hops take a slight edge and you can sense it is a lager for sure.
T- Feels like there is a fairly high mineral content in the water as the hops just pop off and the beer takes on that crisp mineraly flavor on the palate, very dry medium bitterness. The hops for sure take the lead here but even with their strength you still pick up the malty and lager yeast presence. Floral, herbal, spicy and slightly fruity hops with cereal grain, crackery, bready and pale fruit hints.
MF- Drinkable and light feeling but the body more of a medium heft for the style. Carbonation is very high and the beer has a frothy texture. Dry bitter finish.
A lager that adds on some extra hoppiness but still retains the identity of the lager through yeast and malt character used to balance the hops. Dry, crisp and very drinkable.

Draft at the brewery
Big foamy creamy head with moderate retention, good foamy lacing, crystal clear pale blond colour
Nose lager malts, mild sweetness, doughy, cereal grain, floral flowery noble-like hop, a little fruity
Taste doughy grainy cereal malt, mild sweet lager malt, medium hop bitterness, floral slight spicy hop flavor, creamy soft lager, touch fruity, dry finish fair spicy hop medium to a little higher bitterness, little grassy
Mouth is med bod, soft creamy lager, good medium carb
Overall solid lager, dry hop adds nice character without overpowering
