Had on tap. This was the second favorite of the wife's Hungarian cherry beer tour, she loved it! Brilliant garnet red with a pinkish head that settles into a ring. Smell is laced with tart cherries as promised, but plenty of sweet cherry and vague red fruit behind, vanilla lingers. Taste has the vanilla join the sweet cherry tones in the second wave after the initial tart cherry, but avoids kool-aid territory. Clean, tart, and cool, snappy even on the finish.

I had this beer on-tap in a chalice at the brewery's taproom in Etyek.
Appearance: rich red hue with a dash of haze and a finger of lovely pink foam befitting the fruit.
Smell: rich, fresh, and sweet cherry aroma. It definitely falls into the class of cherry beer that is "candylike", rather than "fresh-fruit" like. Nevertheless, I am really digging it.
Taste: a bit sweet, but well balanced with a hint of tartness. The tartness gives it a juicy, fresh character that means the sweetness does not register as "over-the-top" like some such beers; I'm very much enjoying this beer.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: I mean, I love cherry beers, and this one is a damn good one. Even though it's sweet, I could definitely sip a couple of these.
