For a light lager, this offering leans a little sweet, but fits in well with the big boy offerings. Given the site the brewery sits on, this makes good sense to offer.
It has a little DMS to it, a malt and corn taste (honestly don’t know if said adjunct was used, but they make a cream ale, so it’s likely). Countering this is an at-best balancing neutral to grassy hops that don’t swing the beer towards the bitter side. Light, but not watery; appropriately carbonated.
A nice, light offering that tastes like a regular AAL/APL. A fair beer for its purpose.
