I don't know what's been wrong with my stomach lately. And my taste buds. I used to love a good powerful tasting IPA, but the past six months I'd just been sticking with smooth island lagers. I usually transition into stouts and IPAs by November. Well, anyway, I was checking out a band at this place, and I wasn't intending to drink because the beers are like $6 for a twelve ounce cup, but someone offered so I took. I had asked for a specific beer that was on their menu, but they said they were currently out of it. Then change the menu! It's on a chalk board. You take a paper towel and wipe it off. Oh what's the use.

So I asked for this which was also on the menu. It was awesome and brought back memories of delicious IPAs of yesteryear. It pours out a beautiful golden yellow color with bubbles bubbling up and that wonderful IPA smell. And the taste is not overwhelmingly bitter like some IPAs but smooth. Good stuff.
