I’ve tasted quite a few beers in 67 years and I REALLY like this one! To me, it’s very close to perfect. Pair with a corned beef sandwich or a fish sandwich, oh yeah...heavenly!

Discounted to $1.50 pretty much what the style should be.
Pours a pretty good bright yellow with 1/2 inch of frothy head. Taste and smell is not bad really do enjoy a good German Pilsner.

Overall not bad and well worth the price to pick up even more than a dollar a Pint!

My first from Sobel's and this pils is probably their first (they have only three brews, which is not bad... so does Westvlerten.) Anyway, I went on their website and see they are homebrewers taking their passion to the next level. Lots of thought has gone into their venture already and even have gnomes doing their marketing!

As for their pils, it is close to average in Looks and Smells. But its Tastes get better for a malt-head like me who appreciates the sweetness not being shouted down by hops. Prehistoric Pils finishes balanced in the mouth also. Had with a hefty risotto and it paired well.
