This Pre-Prohibition style lager pays homage to the previous brewery located in our building. It is a clean, medium bodied, malty lager that is a go-to for any situation. Proscht!

Pours a translucent honey copper with a finger of white foam. Head retention is fair. Aroma is honey, straw, and bready and biscuity malts. Light and airy, with an inviting light hop zest to it. Flavor profile follows suit, hitting notes of corn, straw, zesty hops and bready, biscuity malts. There is a touch of diacetyl (butter) to it, but not over powering. Mouth feel is a soft and fuzzy effervescence, packed within a medium-thin consistency. Overall, straightforward and clean with good malt presence.
