I like the alt... and Hensen's reminds me that I probably should have more.
Hensen's get the essence of the alt: a clean tasting and looking brew that smells fruity like an ale. For me, their alt finishes a bit too hoppy... but still enjoyable.
With less than 10 beers and a limited menu (and no English button on their website), I conclude that Hensen is in its early stages. But they have focussed on a few beers and seem to package them well. So, I wish them well.
