On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a snifter. Pours an almost lightproof black, with a wisp of off-white head. Interesting flavor profile: dark chocolate up front, with roasted malt, char, coffee, dried fruit (prune, raisin), and a hint of molasses. Medium bodied, with good carbonation and lots of pleasant bitterness that clings to the palate through the finish. Overall, outstanding.
