Served on tap at the brewery. Deep blackish brown, light tan head that settled to a thin cap. The name is a mouthful, but it accurately describes the profile: Bulleit Bourbon Barrel Aged Salted Caramel Dark Chocolate Brownie Milk Stout. Served cold, the flavors were somewhat muted. As it warmed, the bourbon and chocolate brownie flavors began to pop through. Not too sweet and not at all overpowering. Silky mouthfeel and a clean finish round out the profile. Recommended.
