Appearance: Clear gold, good head.
Smell: Bready.
Taste: Balanced start, some mild sweetness and breadiness. Mild grassy hops. Slick mouthfeel. Balanced finish, bread and hops again.
Overall: Picked up 4 beers from Pivo on the way into Iowa. Here is the czech pils, it is a perfectly fine beer, well balanced. I prefer a little more bitterness in my pilsners but this was good.

Very good Czech Pilsner. Done right with what tastses like real Czech Hops, not the American grown variety. I am not sure I could tell this apart from a Pilsner Urquell in a blind test. (I tried this brew over a year ago and I still remember it.)
