On tap at PIVO; served in a taster glass. Pale yellow color, with a wisp of white head. Brewer's notes are spot-on. Lovely floral aromas and flavors, with hints of umami and notes of bubblegum. Clean finish, with a little oaky astringence. While maybe not everyone's cup o' joe, this is well-made and delicious. Highly recommended.
