Fruity, pink, sweet/sour. Strawberries, lactobacillus and tart rhubarb. Summer treat. Liquid pie.

On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Light amber color with a slight pinkish tinge and a thin white head. Aromas and flavors of strawberry rhubarb pie are front and center. Lightly tart, not overly sour. Light bodied, crisp, refreshing, clean finish. Another outstanding beer from this great Iowa brewery.
