Spring is creeping in, New Orleans is warming up, and rebirth is abound! Inspector Boots is a dry hopped tart saison that has been hibernating all winter and is now ready to bloom. Made with pilsner, vienna, spelt, and raw wheat and fermented for over 4 months with a house mixed culture of yeast and bacteria that generated a slightly sour, bright, light bodied, and effervescent saison. A generous dry-hop of New Zealand Taiheke hops brings a fervent lime, lemon, and grapefruit aroma. Shake off those winter doldrums and hit the parade route with this bright and zippy saison.
