A saison that rested in oak barrels for over a year with a bunch of funky fresh wild yeast. The result is a crazy effervescent beer with ripe pear, sourdough, vinous riesling-esque grape, and a soft dry finish. Maybe the perfect summer saison?

Draft at Parleaux. Collab with Gnarly Barley. Poured out a cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled of white white, caramel and some funkiness. Sweet fruity taste with funk and a mild caramel finsih.
