A bright pale spring lager that is a year in the making with undertones of a brett saison. Immersed with notes of lime, dark berry, sumac, and musky guava all while drinking with an easy light and lean finish. Brewed with Pilsner malt and red wheat with AU Enigma hops and a touch of Sumac. Fermented with German lager yeast and then transferred into an oak foeder with a super fun Brettanomyces yeast culture and left to develop for 10 months then dry hopped of N2 Wakatu and US Exp 1019

Collab with Burial. Draft at Parleaux. Poured a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lace. It smelled funky and fruity with caramel/bready malt. Funky taste with caramel, bready malt and toffee.
