Mexican inspired Lager with Oaxacan Green Corn. Brewed with 25% Oaxacan green corn, 75% Sugar Creek Pilsner, hopped gently in the kettle with Mt Hood and Zuper Saazer, pitched cold with our favorite German lager yeast, fermented low and slow, and lagered for over 6 weeks. Head In The Sky is a light.

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It left sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of caramel, toffee, corn and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with toffee and toasted corn.
