Pours a translucent orange with a thin, consistent, off-white head. Nose is very mild - some herbal notes. Definitely farmhouse-esque. Taste consistent with nose; however, flavors are so subtle that they are overshadowed by the effervescing carbonation. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant, sparkling carbonation. Overall, easy drinking and would pair well with food. A nice alternative to a low abv pale ale or pilsner.
