16oz. can served in a Spiegelau ale glass. Pours a lovely burnt orange color with a slight haze to the clarity and a tight, one inch, cream-colored head. Nose is simply and lovely - some light, bready notes and a hint of some fruity esters. Taste follows nose with some noble hops coming out in the background. Mouthfeel is light in body with a consistent carbonation. Overall, a sold example of the style. Would love to see this come in at 4.5% and on-cask. Would make a great session beer for the pub.
