Appearance - The beer poured a hazy orange color with a bubbly white head.
Smell - Notes of fresh cherries led the way. The sweetness competed with drier notes.
Taste - Sweet and fresh cherries led the way in the initial taste. Tea and orange notes were hidden in the profile. The cherries crashed into a wall of brut. The beer had a dry and funky finish.
Mouthfeel - The body had some staying power, even with the high carbonation.
Overall - Impressed. I need to find more barrel + beam.
