Appearance - Pours cloudy straw color with a nice dense white head that settles to a thin cap. No lacing.
Aroma - Nose is straight up rotted mangoes, nice saltiness coming through, some wheat a hint of funk and some mild lemon. There is a hint of vinegar as it warms a bit.
Taste - Yeah the mango is strong and leans toward the overly ripe side. balanced mild funk and salt, little wheat mixed with lemon.
Feel - Light bodied prickly carbonation very light and effervescent. Slightly dry finish.
Overall - Well done sour, the mango is there for sure and everything else is well balanced.
