A big, bold blend of wild ales finished with raisins. Montmorency cherries, pineapples and Grenadian cinnamon sticks. Wild yeast, tart cherry and cinnamon greet your nose, with pineapple, raisin, and toasty malt bringing it home in a tart and dry finish. Expect medium-high funk and acidity. Also expect a warm belly at 11.2 ABV.

A - Pours a lightly hazed amber with a fizzy white head. Light soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is cinnamon, tart cherrIes, oak and funk yeast.
T - The taste is tart cherries, bright pineapple, cinnamon and funky yeast.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a nice crisp finish.
O - This is a killer wild ale. The flavors shouldn’t work, but pair so well together. Extremely easy drinking for being 11.2%.
