Poured at fridge temp. Pours a dark brown with light tan head. The nose is sour plums, funk, leather, raspberry, and chocolate. Really interesting. The taste is sour upfront. The stout + wild ale is definitely a bit odd. They seem to be fighting one another. Chocolate, cherries, plums, leather, oak, barnyard funk, lemons, a grassy/earthy note, and an interesting floral taste. The mouthfeel is fairly medium bodied and the aftertaste is citrus peel and funk. Overall, a really interesting integration of stout and wild ale.
