16 fl oz pull-tab can:
"Oklahoma pale ale." 5.2% ABV. "Plains Beer is our take on pale ale. Brewed with mostly wheat and fermented ice-cold with our house kölsch yeast. Moderately bittered and double dry hopped exclusively with fresh harvest Eureka. We were judges at the Cannabis Cup. We slept between trees in the guava orchard. We organized our thoughts on melons. We were explorers in search of the finest Icebox Pie.."
Citrus, fresh 2-row-, dried lime, pale malt, hop oils, maybe currant. Has a nice hop profile, but I don't know that it really shines a light on Eureka's herbal potential. Still, it's quite diverse in hop flavour for a single hopped pale ale, which is impressive enough. I'd figure this was brewed with multiple varietals if I tried it in a blind tasting.
I don't taste overt wheat malt, to be honest (just 2-row). I wouldn't know it was brewed with Kolsch yeast if I tried it blind...I'm getting plain ole fruity/estery ale yeast (shows what I know).
Balanced with a nice counterpoint between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. The dried lime in its hop profile sings, and it's a damned drinkable pale ale. I don't know that I'd shell out $16+ for another 4-pack, but it's easily one of the better beers I've had while briefly living in Oklahoma.

Pours a murky dark straw hue with a white lacing. Nose is of lemon peel, pepper, barnyard/funk, citrus, hops. Taste follows the nose clean funk, lemon peel, pepper, hop bitterness. Feel is slightly heavy with decent carb. Overall, good beer. Reminds me a lot of Arthur and Dororthy
