We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the holidays than by showcasing two of Nova Scotia’s most prolific home-grown products. Our Balsam Blue is brewed with the tips of local balsam fir trees and Nova Scotia wild blueberries to create a light, sparkling ale that combines the bright festive flavour of fruit with a touch of tangy pine. The perfect libation to lift your Christmas spirits.

Clear light red amber with a thick even head. Fruity nose, some cereal maltiness. Light-medium malt with a spiciness from the balsam tips. Crisp and easy-drinking.
