Le Champ is French for field, while saison is named after the seasonal laborers in the French speaking region of Belgium; known as Wallonia. Brewed to be dry and yeast driven, this beer is very complex with strong impressions of clove and stone fruit. The body of this beer is remarkably balanced given its dry finish and bright acidity. Our saison is brewed using a dual-strain yeast culture which provides all the earth and spice of a traditional Wallonian beer, as well as containing contrasting notes of fruit.
