Pomme de Champ is French for apple field. This beer was co-fermented with local Barsotti Family apple juice and our Le Champ saison in a Vineyard 29, Saint Helena Pinot Noir barrel. Pomme de Champ has the spice and fruit from our Le Champ saison with acidity provided from the apple juice. The beer finishes with French Oak notes and a slight souring nuance from the native barrel flora.
