India Pale Ale We threw light citrus flavors of bright orange, grapefruit,and lemon in the ring with hints of herbal, green pepper and passion fruit. What came out on the other end is this soft cloud of dank haze that is almost candy-like. A fantastic blend of bitter and aroma.

This is the second beer (and second IPA) I’ve had from this small brewery and I’ve thoroghly enjoyed both beers. It is 8% and drinks easily, but not too much so. Focused on tropical fruit flavors, but also has nice grapefruit citrus and peach without being too sweet. Features some dryness, and just enough alcohol to add flavor that nicely complements the hops and malt profile. Very good stuff
