Hazy dark golden color with huge, rocky off-white head. Aroma has floral yeast esters, hay, sugar and some pepper. Taste follows with yeast notes, earthy bitterness, some spices, lingering grapefruit pith bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonation. Quite decent, rustic feeling saison.
